Again these are Eureka Minatures. This project will go on hold for a while I move back to the Spanish Napoleonic project, for which a reasonable number of figures are enroute from Nottingham.
Also completed is this objective marker made using some Renedra plastic barrels, the significance of which will be come evident in a game scheduled for next Sunday.
Super work, Mark! Have a question on the grenadiers’ epaulettes. Were the fringes brass and not red?
ReplyDeleteI am spotted you saw my deliberate mistake! They are now corrected!!!
DeleteFor a moment I thought you had just decided to promote the whole army...that would be plus 500 on all moral throws :-)
DeleteBut wouldn't it be fun when the unit fails it's morale throw to be able to declare "oh that unit gets to rethrow its morale"
Delete"Why!?"
"Because it's grenadiers wear special gold epaulettes."
"What!?
It could be one of those light the blue paper and stand back moments.
Another fine body of men Mark
ReplyDeleteThanks Keith, you may get to fight them one day.
DeleteSplendid stuff Mark...
ReplyDeleteI will not allow my self to get anymore distracted than I already am...you are not helping with this... ;-)
All the best. Aly
Go on, you know you want to...
DeleteLovely looking unit and objective marker!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Thank you Iain.
DeleteAnother great-looking battalion and objective marker. Those barrels really came up well, and there is some interesting stuff in the Renedra range.
ReplyDeleteYes we are rather spoilt these days with useful products like those Renedra put out. The barrels, gabions and wattle fences are the most useful for me and I always try to keep a few on hand to use as additional touches to various projects.
DeleteGreat looking figures đ
