  3. Each unit is done well, massed together they are magnificent. The whole force will make a fine tabletop army. Love them red pants.

    1. In a week if so I will try to put in a divisional parade...all 13 battalions, and by year's end I should have the whole corps (3 dibbisions) ready for parade.

  5. Great stuff. Do you really have another 18 battalions to go, and how many French battalions will there be in total?

    1. A mere 15 line and two-thirds of a Chasseur battalions to go. By the end of next week I will be down to 12. The plan all along was to do the whole of 2nd Corps that consisted of three divisions each of 1 Chasseur and 12 line battalions. So all up 39 battalions plus the artillery (15 batteries) and four regiments of cavalry. I will also add a cuirassier division when they release the figures.

  7. Still powering on, Mark! The new metal packs would at least give some variations for command figures. I think the cantinieres could reasonably go in the back rank of a unit.

    1. Yes I'm getting there. This week will see the completion of the Second Division which will leave only 13 battalions to go. The problem with the new Perry commands is that I have already bought all I need for the infantry...I really need some generals so that the armies can take to the table.

    1. There is a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel...and everything I have on hand should be finished by mid-December.
