The Boys From Brazil.

Today’s show and tell features a unit of lancers from Brazil, the second cavalry unit from Brazil in this collection - there will be one more in due course.

I have done these boys in white tropical trousers to provide some contrast to what is quite a dull uniform otherwise.

Next up is the first of the Argentine cavalry units.

  1. The Brazilians do seem to be less flamboyant than one might expect, given its mid/late 19th century.....and its S America!

    1. Certainly are coming along. I seem to be keeping up with the rate at which the Perrys are releasing them.

  3. Nice work Mark, and those lance pennons look great and also liven up the uniform.

    1. It is a strange thing with all the figures in this range...they all seem quite bland when working on them, and then at the very end there is one touch that just gives then life.

    1. They are aren’t they...I think it is the white pants that makes them stand out.
