The completion of the Ottoman field artillery got rather overshadowed by recent the Samurai/Korean posts, but they were finished last week.
The light 4.5lb gun set.
And second 8.5lb set.
There are only three command figures to paint to finish off the Ottoman army (and they are enroute from Nottingham) and then the army is ready to take to the table.
Nice work Mark and love the detailed turban patterns against the simple uniforms: very cool:)!
ReplyDeleteIn some ways the uniform was too simple...didn't make for a particularly inspiring painting task!
DeleteNice work
ReplyDeleteThank you Neil.
DeleteGreat work Mark. Good idea with the turban patterns, they look very effective.
ReplyDeleteVery nice indeed Mark…
ReplyDeleteSimple but bold colours… They should stand out well/ make a good target on the table.
All the best. Aly
Thanks Aly...Hopefully they will blend into the bright blue skies of Egypt.
