Once again top notch job, a great pleasure to look at such fantastic and realistic details, mended pants is a touch I want to do but too difficult for me in 15mm...Gorgeous!!
Yes they are a rather magnificently scruffy mob, aren't they? The mounted officers are from thr Perry colonels set. I hope at some point they will do some generals.

ReplyDeleteThank you Phil...but I challenge you to paint some patches...or better still some stripes!!!
DeleteLots of variety here Mark - at least they don't all have red trousers!
ReplyDeleteYes I had to keep stopping myself from reaching for the red paint.
DeleteVery cool!
ReplyDeleteThanks...that is the last bunch of mixed uniforms.
DeleteAnother terrific ragtag bunch Mark. I especially like the officer leaning forward and giving his horse a pat. Is he a brigade games figure?

DeleteSplendid stuff again...
ReplyDeleteI suspect these wouldn’t look out of place in your Carlist collection...
All the best. Aly
Indeed they would...although I am not sure too many bicornes would have survived as far as the 1830's.
DeleteLovely ragged looking bunch! The mounted colonels are very nice too!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Thanks Iain. They were fun to do, but now it is back to the more regular looking troops.
DeleteI really like this battalion dressed out in their varied attire.
ReplyDeleteI like the contrast between the sparkling officers and the scruffy fusilier.
DeleteExcellent work. I like The contrast as well, lots of personality.
