These Prussians look suitably determined to get the job done. Excellent presentation. Looking at your painting log, I am still surprised to see how much crosses your painting desk each month.
So, is this the "other new unit" you mentioned in the title of your last post, Mark? That did leave me slightly confused on Sunday evening! Only four to go eh, hope your mates the Perrys have got the French nearly ready for production.....
Yes it is…I hadn’t noticed that these images and text had dropped off the end of the previous post until yesterday. Don’t worry if the French aren’t ready there are other projects in the wings…
I always thing that the Prussian infantry have a sinister look to them with those dark uniforms. I remember that there was a French description of the Prussian army advancing like an oil stain on the land.

ReplyDeleteI guess the volume that passes across my desk is indicative of a poor social life, or a lack of holidays.

DeleteVery nicely done. 😀
ReplyDeleteThanks Stew.
DeleteNice work once again mark and these chaps certainly do look like they mean business.
ReplyDeleteThanks Steve. They certainly seem to be taking the whole thing pretty seriously.
DeleteAnother lovely addition Mark. Lots of character in these.

DeleteGreat looking Prussians, Sinister, Dexter, Sinister, Dexter as they said in carry on Cleo!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Thank you Iain…
DeleteAnother cog in the Prussian war machine…
ReplyDeleteI am sensing another parade opportunity.
All the best. Aly
Indeed it is just another cog…four more cogs to go and yet there will be a parade, but it’s going to need to be a big parade ground!
