The fluttering has continued as my ongoing butterflyism has me flitting between projects.
Bringing the British Peninsular project one step close to completion are these mounted commanders.
Another Spanish limber has been delivered to the army...
...and to the Russians too...
I enjoy your flutterings!
ReplyDeleteI must admit I am kind of enjoying the variety the fluttering provides.
DeleteLovely limbers of both nationalities and nice command figures!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Yes I particularly like the Spanish set with one figure adjusting the harness o the mule. Makes for a casual setting.
DeleteNice work...see, it all comes together in the end.
ReplyDeleteI agree. It is quite nice to tie off a few loose ends.
Deletelovely work again Mark. I particularly like the traces you have added on the limbers.
ReplyDeleteThose traces actually come with the model. They are a bit of a pain to fit and I don’t know if they will stand up to the rigors of gaming, but I agree they look good. I thought of doing something similar for the Russians, but there are eight limbers in all for them and I don’t know if I have the patience for that many.
DeleteGood to see you exercising the butterfly...
ReplyDeleteI do like command stands...they are always fun to paint... for me they are the cherry on the top of the cake.
All the best. Aly
Yes the fluttering will continue for a while as I finish off a few odds and sods.
