The mounted officers are from the Perry Mounted Commander set that represents Generals Pontiatowski, Sokolnicki and Dabrowski. Of course these three are far too highly ranked for my little brigade, but when has that ever stopped a wargamer...I mean how many times has Napoleon, Wellington or Blücher commanded a brigade on the wargames table?
The artillery is intended to be the regimental guns - repurposed Prussian 3-pounder pieces (a rather nice resin print too).
The second crew will have to remain idle probably until September or October when I place my next order.

Very handsome work, Mark! Your saddlecloth work pops.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jonathan. Thankfully the saddlecloth detail is moulded on the figure...I would have hated to paint it without that guidance!
DeleteTop work on the Poles
ReplyDeleteThanks Neil.
DeleteThese are very nice indeed Mark
ReplyDeleteThanks Keith, they are rather nice.
DeleteVery nice indeed, lovely command figures, really well done.. The gun and crew look great too, nice addition.
ReplyDeleteThank you Donnie. I really like that little gun.
DeleteGreat panting, yes to using the command figures at any level.
ReplyDeleteThanks Joe
DeleteLovely work Mark…
ReplyDeleteAll the best. Aly
They are rather nice castings?
DeleteLovely work, I have the same Perry figures to command my paltry brigade too!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Thanks Iain...a generic general would be useful!
DeleteGreat stuff Mark. I went with Murawski for my Poles but the Perry figures look great and these command figures have painted up beautifully.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lawrence. I looked at Murawski command, but in the end they were a 'tack on' to a Perry order.
DeleteVery nice brushwork I must say!
ReplyDeleteThank you Matt
